We offer quantity discounts. Ask a Dalco Sales Associate about quantity discounts.

Although every attempt is made to ensure fair and accurate representation of products, products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute manufacturer's when necessary.

We do not stock certain products because of size or infrequent demand. For these products, we will show the typical manufacturer lead time. The lead time is based on the number of days it would take for us to get the products from our supplier.

Occasionally we must back order an out-of-stock item. We will make every attempt to notify you as quickly as possible.

  • U.S. Customers we will Ship Stock and Backorder unless the customer otherwise specifies.
  • International Customers we will Ship Stock and remove any out of stock items unless the customer otherwise specifies.

If you have an item you are looking for and unable to locate it on our website, contact us at 937-743-8042 and we will do our very best to find it for you! We have access to thousands of products from over 200 manufactures. Please note Special Order items are non-returnable.

Contact one of our Sales Associates at 937-743-8042 as soon as you realize a change or cancellation may be needed. Orders are processed within 30 minutes once they are placed via our website and immediately via phone.

Void Order - If your order has not been invoiced, you may instruct one of our Sales Associates to void the order so you can resubmit a new order. Please allow 3-7 days for the original Credit Card Authorization to show back on your statement.

If your order has shipped, you can refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment is returned back to Dalco. (Return shipping is deducted from the refund.) Please call 937-743-8042 for details.

Credit Cards
We do not charge your card until your order leaves our dock and there is never a surcharge.
MasterCard, VISA, Discover and AMEX are available to all customers within the United States and Canada.

If you choose the PayPal option and do not have a PayPal account, you can register at Paypal and then submit your payment to (Insert Dalco's PayPal Account). Once we receive confirmation of deposit from PayPal, your order will ship and a confirmation of shipment emailed to you. PayPal terms are available only to registered and verified PayPal buyers. Order must ship to the bill-to-address on file with PayPal.

Open Account status is automatically granted to all Public Schools, Hospitals and Government Offices with a hard copy Purchase Order. You can phone your orders to 937-743-8042, E-mail your orders to [email protected] or Fax your orders to 937-743-9251. Open account terms are NET10 days from the Invoice Date.

Open account status is granted to other firms upon credit approval. Please contact us for more details.

Customer pays fees imposed by the sending and receiving bank. Over-payments are applied as a credit on file toward future payments to:

We are required by law to collect 7% Ohio State Sales Tax when orders are shipped. Customers with a signed Tax Exempt Certificate on file complete with a valid reason for claiming exemption are not charged Sales Tax.

Your Invoice is used as a Packing List for shipments. We will also e-mail a copy of your Invoice if you have a valid e-mail address on file. You can also call Customer Service at 937-743-8042 or e-mail a request for a copy of your Invoice to [email protected].

How to Ship

All in stock items are guaranteed to ship if your order is placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Any orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

To ensure you order arrives safely Dalco is partnered with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We also offer DHL for all your international and domestic needs.  Your shipping confirmation is automatically emailed to you at the end of each day and will include your tracking number so you can monitor the shipment while in transit.  Expedited service is also available.

For deliveries within the Continental United States UPS shipping options are Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air Early AM. We also offer freight services for large orders. Please call 1-800-445-5342 for details.

UPS Ground delivery is 1 - 5 business days based on distance to destination. 3-Day Select and 2nd day air is committed to be delivered by the 3rd or 2nd business day respectfully. Next Day Air Saver is delivered typically by 3 pm, Next Day Air by 10:30 am, and Next Day Air Early AM by 8 am.

Delivery days for 2-day, 3-day, and overnight are Monday through Friday. Deliveries on Saturday, Sundays and 
Holidays are excluded.

How to Return Items

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! So buy with 100% confidence that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your product to Dalco within 30 days of purchase for a Refund or Credit.

Warranty - Defective Merchandise

Limited Warranty - All new products advertised on our website, unless otherwise stated are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of shipment. After the 30 day period has expired all warranty claims will be handled by the respective manufacturer.

Disclaimer - Dalco will not be responsible for any damaged as the result of improper use of the product. All returns are evaluated upon receipt. All returns for credit must be in New Resalable Condition with all original packaging. Failure to return these items may result in a 30% restocking charge. Special order items are non-returnable.

Inspect your shipment as soon as you receive your products. Any Short Shipments, Miss Shipments or Damaged Shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your right of claim.

Damaged Merchandise - Carriers will not permit any claims after 5 days. Contact Customer Service at 937-743-8042 and Email images of the products damages, manufacture box, outer shipping carton, and shipping label to [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier which will result in a "Carrier Follow-UP" in which the carrier will come and inspect your package. All Carriers require recipient to retain all boxes, labels and packing materials until the claim has been approved. Dalco will proceed with the replacement shipment once the carrier notifies us the claim has been approved.

Short Shipment or Miss Shipment - Contact Customer Service at 937-743-8042 or via E-mail at [email protected]. We will conduct an investigation and will correct the error.

  • CPU's / Memory Products - Once opened.
  • Assembled Kits - Once assembly has been started or completed, kits are deemed used and are non returnable for refund or exchange.
  • Books/ CD's / Software - Once seal this broken
  • Custom cut Cables and Wire
  • Special order items

Call our Customer Service Department at 937-743-8042 or E-mail us at [email protected]to request an RMA Number within 30 days of the original Purchase Date.

Return the product back in original, new condition (Including all Manuals, Packaging and Accessories). Do not mark on the original container or use the original container as shipping carton. Any product returned without any or all of these items is subject to a minimum 30% restock fee.

Print the RMA Number legibly on the outside of the outer shipping carton and send the package to:

Ship your return to our Distribution Center. Make sure you ship via a Traceable Carrier such as UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service.

Freight Collect or COD Returns will not be accepted.

RMA's must be returned to Dalco within 30 days. Any RMA returned after this time will be refused and returned.

Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and can take up to 14 days to process.

If it is more convenient for you, you can always stop by at 725 Pleasant Valley Drive and return your product. To return the items directly to us you will need to bring:

  • The item in our original packaging. This includes all contents of the original package such as manuals, discs, cables, etc. If all the original contents are not included, you will be charge a Restock Fee as described in our Return Policy.
  • Credit or Debit Card which was used in the original purchase
  • Invoice that came with the order.
Please note when returning an item to our Showroom we reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not in "LIKE NEW" condition.
