SAME DAY SHIPPING!!

Our SAME-DAY SHIPPING promise to you is this - UPS Orders for in-stock items placed by 4:45PM EST, Monday - Friday will be shipped the SAME DAY.

Continental United States
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We also offer UPS Blue (2nd day delivery), UPS Red (Next day delivery), or Federal Express.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders can be shipped to these locations via UPS or USPS Priority.

Guam, US Virgin Islands, & other US territories
Orders can be shipped to these locations via UPS International, USPS Priority, or Federal Express.

APO/FPO
Orders are shipped to these locations via USPS Priority mail only.

International
You may specify which of Dalco's commercial carriers you prefer. Or you may allow Dalco to select the best shipping method based on shipping cost and destination. We will select amongst our available commercial shipping carriers, for example UPS and DHL. Please ask for an estimate on international shipments. For further information about shipping internationally please call our sales department at 937-743-8042, or send us email. Our prices do not include freight, import duties, taxes and other applicable charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs authorities for information on duties, taxes and other applicable charges. Shipping rates are based on the destination and the shipment's weight and size.

Dimensional Weight
UPS uses both actual weight and dimensional weight for Air Shipments, whichever is greater, to determine the billable weight. Dalco reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for Air shipments based on UPS dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is determined at the point of shipping. Order Processing

All orders are processed beginning at 9:00am ET, with the process continuing throughout the day and ending at 5:00pm ET Monday through Friday. Every order is reviewed and processed by a trained sales representives. All credit approved orders for in-stock items processed prior to 5:00pm ET are shipped the same day directly from our warehouse.

Payment Options

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Your credit card is not charged until it leaves our warehouse. All credit cards are verified for your safety, and we do not assess surcharges for credit card orders.

Net Accounts
Schools, hospitals, and government agencies can mail or fax an authorized purchase order for immediate NET Terms acceptance. Open account status is granted to other firms upon credit approval. Click here for a credit application or call our sales department for at 800-445-5342.

PrePaid
Continental US customers can prepay their order with a money order, personal check or company check. Add $10.00 shipping to your order, which will be shipped UPS Ground. Dalco reserves the right to amend shipping charges depending on size and weight limitations. Orders placed by new customers that exceed $250 and are paid by personal check will be held until the check clears our bank. Please send payment with a copy of your order to:

Sales Tax
We are required to charge Ohio sales tax on any order shipped intrastate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form before the order is processed. This form can be faxed to us at 937-743-9251.

All international orders will qualify for any and all applicable customs and duty fees assessed. The fees are the responsibility of the order receipient.
